			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cubiq, a leading technical firm specializing in Enterprise Integration solutions for the ETRM market, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Bryan Alfaro as Senior Software Engineer.  Mr.  Alfaro brings a proven track record of successful design, development and management of complex technical solutions in the energy trading sector.  As Senior Software Engineer, Bryan will be responsible for delivering ETRM integration solutions and managing implementation teams to further enable Cubiq’s growth and continued successful track record.</p>
<p>Bryan&#8217;s extensive experience in ETRM, Trading Logistics, SOD/SOX and Risk domains has lead him to develop implementations for SAP Netweaver, R/3 and ECC platforms as well as Oracle and Microsoft architectural footprints and programming languages.  Bryan’s technology competencies include SAP Netweaver (XI/PI), C#, ASP.NET, Java, SOAP, XML, Microsft SQL Server and Oracle SQL languages and directory services.</p>
<p>Most recently, Bryan was Lead Security Analyst for Tesoro, Inc. (NYSE: TSO), a Fortune 100 company with seven US based refineries, where he implemented a real-time enterprise solution for ActiveDirectory password synchronization to over 40 SAP ECC instances using the Microsoft Identity Integration Services (MIIS) API and the SAP.NET Connector API.</p>
<p>Prior to that role, Bryan was Senior Analyst/Developer for the Trading Supply and Optimization group developing and supporting Trading and Logistics systems for Tesoro’s commercial trading groups.</p>
<p>Bryan is a Standford University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 2007 Tesoro Par For Kids’ Sake charity golf tournament benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas was held on Monday, June 4 at The Club At Sonterra in San Antonio.  Cubiq was proud to be a corporate sponsor in support of the event.  Tesoro reached out to Cubiq, along with its extensive network of clients, vendors and other business associates to generate a huge wave of support for the agency.  More than 484 golfers participated with 21 gold sponsors, 12 silver sponsors, 53 corporate sponsors, and 57 beverage cart and hole sponsors secured.</p>
